Palash Chandra Naskar is a contemporary Indian visual artist and fine-art educator based in Bengaluru. He holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts from the Government College of Art & Craft, University of Calcutta, and a Master of Fine Arts from Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan.

His practice is characterised by an impressionistic engagement with light, colour and nature, expressed primarily through acrylic painting. His work has been presented in exhibitions and art events including the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, and Chitra Santhe, Bengaluru. He has also received the Sudhanshu Bikash Roy Award for academic excellence and the first prize at Palette Paradise in 2023.

Alongside his studio practice, Naskar has over a decade of experience as a fine-art teacher, conducting workshops in drawing, clay modelling, ceramics and folk art. His dual engagement with artistic practice and education reflects a sustained commitment to nurturing creativity and expanding the visual-art experience for young learners.
